| Alabama Motor Express To Install Integrated Decision Support Software |

Alabama Motor Express an irregular route common, contract truckload motor carrier serving all 48 states and Canada. Offering a complete line of fully integrated Logistics Services to customers who demand time-sensitive service. Announced today that it has selected decision support tools from Integrated Decision Support Corporation of Richardson, Texas. In particular, Alabama Motor Express has signed a contract for the installation of NetwiseŽ, and NetwiseŽ400.
NetwiseŽ provides continuous profitability improvement. Specific functions include yield management, shipper bid response, "what-if" analysis, and optimization of the freight mix. NetwiseŽ400 is a resident AS/400 system that provides the frontline with access to key yield management intelligence.
