| Trade Secret Case Against Beyond Concept Inc. Results in Permanent Injunction. |

Integrated Decision Support Corporation (IDSC) announced that a Dallas County District Court judge, issued an Agreed Judgment and Injunction in the trade secret lawsuit brought by Integrated Decision Support Corporation against Beyond Concept Inc. and two former employees of IDSC, John Caldwell and Jonathon Pototschnik.
On July 20, 2001, IDSC filed a lawsuit against John Caldwell and Jonathon Pototschnik for breach of contract and against Beyond Concept Inc., John Caldwell, and Jonathon Pototschnik for misappropriation of IDSC trade secrets and intellectual property.
"We are very pleased with the injunction; it gives us the protection we sought", said Dr. Richard A. Murphy, IDSC's president and founder. "IDSC has made a tremendous investment in its intellectual property and we won't hesitate to protect it."
