Empire Express Inc. Has agreed to license Expert Fuel® and OOR/ETA Alert®. Empire Express has been utilizing Integrated's pricing and profitability systems Netwise® and Netwise400® at their corporate offices. Management has seen the value in Netwise® and Netwise400® and desires to increase the efficiency of there fuel purchasing program across the board with Expert Fuel®.
Expert Fuel® is a real-time optimization, which provides drivers with guidance on the route to run and the fuel stops to make in order to maximize fuel savings and minimize out-of-route miles. Expert Fuel® is integrated directly into the Innovative Computing Corporation dispatch software for automated optimization at the time of dispatch. Expert Fuel® provides the knowledge needed to make an accurate decision on where to buy fuel at the lowest cost. OOR/ETA Alert® (Out-of-route/Estimated Time of Arrival) is a real-time management tool integrated into the Expert Fuel® optimization to minimize out-of-route miles and service failures. It automatically notifies the fleet manager or dispatcher of out-of-route and/or projected late power units based on the planned routing.
Empire Express chose IDSC's decision support products after comparing other optimization products.
