Empire Express Inc. founded in 1985, operating over 150 power units, provides transportation services in the United States. Empire Express Inc. announced today that they have signed a contract to utilize the decision support tools Netwise® and Netwise®400 offered by Integrated Decision Support Corporation of Richardson, Texas.
Netwise® provides continuous profitability improvement. One of its functions is to remove 80% of management's time in preparing bids to its customers. This product also provides a Historical Analysis Module, which keeps a scoreboard on profitability to manage your company's revenue on any level. Additional functions include yield management, shipper "what-if" analysis, and optimization of the freight mix. By using this technology your company will be up to speed with the ever-changing market and keep you on track. Netwise®400 is a resident AS/400 system that provides the frontline with access to key yield management intelligence.
Empire Express chose IDSC?s Netwise lane and rate analysis /decision support application after comparing other optimization products.
