| Epes Carriers Inc. adding Netwise® and Netwise400® as their Yield Management Tools. |

Epes Carriers Inc. is a Greensboro, North Carolina based transportation holding company that currently owns four subsidiaries. Currently the largest private trucking company in North Carolina, Epes Carriers Inc.'s goal is to provide a variety of quality services to niche markets throughout the continental United States as well as selected Canadian Provinces and Mexico. Epes Carriers Inc. has announced that they have signed a contract to utilize the Netwise® and Netwise400® yield management tools from Integrated Decision Support Corporation (Integrated).
Epes currently utilizes Expert Fuel® from Integrated as their fuel optimization tool. By adding Netwise and Netwise400, management can now quickly calculate and direct profitability actions within Epes Carriers freight network. Specific functions include yield management, shipper bid response, "what-if" analysis, and optimization of the freight mix. Netwise400 is a resident AS/400 system that provides the frontline with access to key yield management intelligence.

Dedicated Division is operated by Epes Transport, and offers dedicated equipment and drivers that operate similar to a private fleet, with flat bed or specialized equipment available.
