IDSC's 2002 Users Conference was truly a successful event. We were excited to see a variety of customers present to share all their knowledge and concerns with our staff and other users. The conference was held at the Renaissance Hotel in Richardson, Texas and proved to be a grand choice. We held a meet and greet Wednesday night at the hotel bar for our customers who made the travel to Texas. This event proved to be a great opportunity for everyone to meet and have the chance to exchange knowledge and concerns of the transportation industry in a casual setting.
The conference started off with an introduction from Dr. Rick Murphy, PhD President and Founder of the company, followed by Jim Kuykendall, Director of Operations, going over the agenda for the next two days. "Everyone seemed very excited to be given the opportunity to gain product knowledge and share concerns on what is going on in the industry", said Jim Kuykendall.
Over the two days, customers had the ability to attend different sessions on all products and had a chance to see the newest addition to our product suite, Netgraf®. The most popular sessions were the one-on-one training provided by IDSC's staff in our Business Center. The center provided one-on-one training for customers that needed additional assistance with our software. Over all, the conference helped our customers champion the product(s) and gave IDSC some great customer input for future development and product enhancements.
If you did not get a chance to benefit from this years user's conference, we are planning the next users conference for 2003 in Q2. We thank all customers who attended and hope to see you in 2003!
