| May Trucking Company To Install Integrated Decision Support Software |

May Trucking Company announced today that it has selected a decision support tool from Integrated Decision Support Corporation of Richardson, Texas. In particular, May Trucking Company has signed a contract for the installation of NetwiseŽ.
NetwiseŽ is a strategic pricing and profitability tool. Specific functions include yield management, shipper bid response, "what-if" analysis, and optimization of the freight mix.
