Integrated Decision Support Corporation announced the release NETWISEŽ 400, a decision support tool used in the analysis of profitability, pricing, and network balance.
"This module allows customers to distribute the information generated by NETWISEŽ to key personnel within the company utilizing the environment where they are most comfortable", said Dr. Richard Murphy, President of Integrated. "Customers can quickly refresh the AS/400 displays with just a click of a button". This puts the critical and necessary Business Intelligence into the hands of the front line personnel faster.
NETWISEŽ 400 gives the CSR the ability to quickly determine the profitability of a shipper or load. It provides the ability to track the performance of the CSR providing the tool to measure performance and encourage continuous improvement. "You cannot improve what you cannot measure", noted Dr. Murphy. "We recognize that the front line personnel greatly impact the profitability of a company and need to have immediate access to the NETWISEŽ information so they can make sound business decisions".
NETWISEŽ 400 also provides tools to determine the best load to get a driver home. The driver manager can enter the city/state of the driver and the software will search for the best loads with the least out of route miles. The user can search for the best alternatives given a capacity in an area. Is it more profitable to load the capacity in the area or deadhead to an area with more profitable shippers.
