| Ozark Adding Additional Decision Support Tools to Their Organization. |

Ozark Motor Lines Inc. has agreed to license the additional decision support tools Netwise®, Netwise400® and Match Advice® from Integrated Decision Support Corporation. Ozark currently utilizes IDSC's Expert Fuel® and OOR/ETA Alert® to reduce fuel and out of route costs.
With the addition of these three new tools, Ozark will now be able to benefit from the integration of the entire suite of IDCS's product line into their Innovative Computing Corporation (ICC) dispatch system. These enterprise tools will enhance decision-making capabilities at all levels of the organization and across all departments, including sales and marketing, customer service and operations. Additionally, being able to access key information without leaving the resident dispatch system allows front-line managers to make informed real-time decisions about load, lane and customer profitability.
NETWISE® is the ultimate tool to improve the profitability of a truckload carrier. Providing the yield-based continuous profitability backbone for all functions of the enterprise. Specific functions include: yield management,shipper bid response, profitability scoreboards, acquisition analysis, "what-if" analysis, and freight-mix optimization.
NETWISE 400® is the resident AS/400 system that utilizes the Netwise® profitability data to provide access to key business intelligence without leaving the dispatch system. Netwise400® empowers the frontline to be knowledgeable workers, capable of soliciting the most profitable freight, maximizing equipment utilization, and driver time at home. MATCH ADVICE® provides real-time guidance on power-to-load match. Based on the Netwise® engine, Match Advice® considers all relevant factors to maximize profits while honoring customer service requirements and satisfying driver needs. Increases margin per day by as much as 30%, reduces empty miles by as much as 15%, maximizes driver home, and minimizes service failures.
