| Witte Bros. Exchange Inc. To Install Integrated Decision Support Software |

Witte Bros. Exchange Inc., a premier refrigerated carrier serving the 48 states, announced today that they have signed a contract to utilize the fuel optimization software Expert FuelŪ, from Integrated Decision Support Corporation of Richardson, Texas.
Expert FuelŪ is integrated directly into the Innovative Computing Corporation dispatch software, using current fuel price information to lower fuel costs by providing an efficient fuel purchase plan to the driver at the time of dispatch. Other functions that this product offers are detailed route and fuel purchase instructions, optimization options, evaluation of out-of route purchases and the ability to have multiple fuel networks with different discount structures. Expert FuelŪ provides the knowledge needed to make an "accurate" decision on where to buy fuel at the lowest cost.
