| What is Route Advice®? |
Route Advice® combines best-in-class data sources with your existing dispatch and mobile communications systems to provide your drivers with the most accurate turn-by-turn directions available. Route Advice trumps static or system directions by always keeping pace with the location of the vehicle at all times. This enables Route Advice to provide directions:
from the current vehicle location to the customer
from the planned route to the customer
and from the customer back to the planned route
Route Advice also keeps customer information current up-to-the-minute by integrating with dispatch in real-time—every time a new customer is added, Route Advice automatically geocodes that customer location. Advanced geocoding capabilities are built-in to counter incorrect or incomplete address information. This, plus our unique customer “alias” concept resolves exceptions ensuring latitude/longitude precision.
