Responsible for software development projects, perform product modifications, assist and conduct analysis of client operations using IDSC software. Support the maintenance of technical documentation.
Strong interpersonal communication skills both oral and written. Excellent problem solving skills, self motivated and directed.
Strong working knowledge of Object Oriented programming, C, Visual C++ and MFC. Unix experience a plus. 2 plus years experience.
Four-year degree required

Customer Service Representative |
The CSR position is designed to take proactive measures that ensure customer satisfaction with IDSC products and capture on-going support items to efficiently and effectively resolve all customer issues. Provide end-users with on-going, high quality service and support to ensure total customer satisfaction with IDSC software and services.
Strong interpersonal communication skills both oral and written. Excellent problem solving skills, self motivated and directed.
Travel is necessary up to 50%.

Technical Skills Preferred:MIS background. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications.

AS400 RPG Developer |
Responsible for enhancing existing applications, as well as analyzing, designing and developing new applications that meet our client and business needs. Proactively assist project leaders throughout the life cycle of an enhancement, including understanding user requirements, analyzing and documenting functional and technical requirements, and developing creative technical solutions.
Ability to program (not a project lead/analyst position), have 1+ years in RPG development experience on AS/400, with strong interactive RPG programming skills.
4 year college degree in computer science.
